All Jewelili products are eligible to receive an extended warranty.
Extended Warranty Duration:
We offer an extended warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions:
Our extended warranty does not include damages resulting from customer abuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals (such as certain lotions and hair products) or prolonged contact with water.
Any modifications to the jewelry, including ring resizing, will void this warranty.
